A must-have for every candle lover, our Candle Care Kit comes with everything you need to extend the burn time of your favourite 3 Wishes candles. By using these tools before and after every use, you’ll prevent common issues like tunnelling and uneven burning which can reduce burn time significantly.

Presented on a beautifully crafted metal tray, the kit comes with three essential tools to keep your candles burning brightly.

Each 3 Wishes Candle Care Kit comes with:

  • 1 x Wick Trimmer – effortlessly trim wicks to the right length before each lighting to avoid the wax tunnelling, or the flame getting too large and the candle becoming too hot.
  • 1 x Wick Dipper – straighten the wick to ensure an even burn every time.
  • 1 x Candle Snuffer – extinguishes your candle neatly and safely without splashing hot wax. Hold over the flame for 30 seconds and then once out, we recommend placing the glass lid back on your jar candle to prevent excess smoke.

Engraved with the signature 3 Wishes logo, the tools and tray are elegant enough to keep on display next to your candles. What should I do if my goods are faulty?

  2. Include your order number and a description of the fault or issue.
  3. If the fault is visual, please include a photo.
  4. For faulty candles or skincare, please also include a photo of the batch date. You’ll find this on the base of the candle jar and on the packaging of the skincare product.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or broken?

In the unfortunate event of your order being damaged in transit, please follow these steps.

  2. Include your order number and photos of the damaged goods.

How much does shipping cost?

We send all 3 Wishes orders through Australia Post. The cost of postage varies and is calculated by weight and box size.

How long does delivery take?

All 3 Wishes orders are shipped from South Australia.

Estimated delivery times for standard post:
South Australia: 2 – 4 business days
All other states and territories: 3 – 8 business days

Postage Delays: Australia Post advises that COVID-19 is still causing disruption and delays within their postal system. Extreme weather may also impact delivery times.


Do you offer Express Post?

Yes, we do. Australia Post advises that Express Post is still their fastest postal delivery option. However, please be aware that their Express Post guarantee of next-business-day delivery is currently suspended.

All other states and territories: 2 – 5 business days


Can I track my delivery?
