Gift Card Terms & Conditions

  • Digital Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and can be used online or instore at 3 Wishes Hahndorf and Westfield Marion.
  • We will email the Digital Gift Card immediately after checkout or on the date you have specified. We recommend checking the spam folder ASAP in the event the Gift Card does not appear in your email inbox.
  • Digital Gift Cards are sent to the email address you provide us with when completing your order. In the event that you have provided us with inaccurate email delivery details, 3 Wishes cannot be held liable for any mis-delivery or non-delivery, or if the erroneous recipient uses the Digital Gift Card.
  • 3 Wishes cannot be held liable for Digital Gift Cards that are lost or used by someone other than your nominated recipient after delivery.
  • 3 Wishes cannot control whether a Digital Gift Card is caught in a spam filter. The responsibility lies with the recipient to check and retrieve the Gift Card email ASAP before it is deleted.

What should I do if my goods are faulty?

We strive to make the very best quality lifestyle products for you to enjoy in your home. If you suspect your goods are faulty in some way, we want to help resolve the issue.

To enable us to assist you, please follow these steps.

  1. Email us at enquiries@3wishes.com.au
  2. Include your order number and a description of the fault or issue.
  3. If the fault is visual, please include a photo.
  4. For faulty candles or skincare, please also include a photo of the batch date. You’ll find this on the base of the candle jar and on the packaging of the skincare product.

What happens if my order arrives damaged or broken?

In the unfortunate event of your order being damaged in transit, please follow these steps.

  2. Include your order number and photos of the damaged goods.

How much does shipping cost?

We send all 3 Wishes orders through Australia Post. The cost of postage varies and is calculated by weight and box size.

How long does delivery take?

All 3 Wishes orders are shipped from South Australia.

Estimated delivery times for standard post:
South Australia: 2 – 4 business days
All other states and territories: 3 – 8 business days

Postage Delays: Australia Post advises that COVID-19 is still causing disruption and delays within their postal system. Extreme weather may also impact delivery times.


Do you offer Express Post?

Yes, we do. Australia Post advises that Express Post is still their fastest postal delivery option. However, please be aware that their Express Post guarantee of next-business-day delivery is currently suspended.

All other states and territories: 2 – 5 business days


Can I track my delivery?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
