We send all 3 Wishes orders through Australia Post. The cost of postage varies and is calculated by weight and box size.

How long does delivery take?

All 3 Wishes orders are shipped from South Australia.

Estimated delivery times for standard post:
South Australia: 2 – 4 business days
All other states and territories: 3 – 8 business days

Postage Delays: Australia Post advises that COVID-19 is still causing disruption and delays within their postal system. Extreme weather may also impact delivery times.

Do you offer Express Post?

Yes, we do. Australia Post advises that Express Post is still their fastest postal delivery option. However, please be aware that their Express Post guarantee of next-business-day delivery is currently suspended.

South Australia: 1 – 2 business days
All other states and territories: 2 – 5 business days

Can I track my delivery?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Returns

We will endeavour to resolve your issue as quickly as possible, but please allow our customer service team 2 business days to get back to you.

What should I do if my goods are faulty?

We strive to make the very best quality lifestyle products for you to enjoy in your home. If you suspect your goods are faulty in some way, we want to help resolve the issue.

To enable us to assist you, please follow these steps.

  2. Include your order number and a description of the fault or issue.
  3. If the fault is visual, please include a photo.
  4. For faulty candles or skincare, please also include a photo of the batch date. You’ll find this on the base of the candle jar and on the packaging of the skincare product.

In the unfortunate event of your order being damaged in transit, please follow these steps.
